We discuss your symptoms and goals in depth, identify the root cause of your pelvic floor problems, and finally connect the dots between all of your symptoms (YES- your leaking and chronic hip pain are related!)
Step 2:
Customized Plan
Your therapist will build a plan to ensure you reach your goals, complete with follow up sessions and a customized home program to support your pelvic floor between sessions- so you are never left to figure it out on your own.
Step 3:

Each one-hour, one-on-one session will include specialized treatments like manual therapies, dry needling, and exercise programming to fine-tune your progress, make adjustments to your program, and help you finally get lasting relief.
Clients are saying…
Dr. Jackie was so instrumental in my pregnancy journey. The stretches, exercises and education she gave me helped alleviate pain that I didn’t think was possible to alleviate. I went from weeks of nerve pain to having no more nerve pain at all in my third trimester!
Jackie gave me such an understanding of how the pelvic floor works, how to support it, and how to recover from birth! She is truly one of the most diligent, caring medical providers I’ve ever seen and she genuinely cares about her patients. I am SO THANKFUL to have found her. She is a gem in the New Orleans women’s health community.
